Description One of the experiments in the framework of the SRATHcube project is to test the demise of satellites during re-entry.This experiment is important to gain experience on the actual demise process and to use this experience in the development of the software tool TITAN.TITAN is a hybrid object/spacecraft oriented tool developed in the Aerospace Centre of Excellence to analyse the re-entry of space objects and optimise the design of satellites to achieve the desired demise during atmospheric re-entry. Key Objectives Design a lock system that could hold solar panels in a predetermined angle.Analyse whether the design could sustain high mechanical, thermal and vibrational loads experienced typically during re-entry.Work with the STRATHcube team to consolidate component selection for the fragmentation experiment.Use the software TITAN to analyses the re-entry and demise of STRATHcube
